Indications:
Herbal blend which calms the nerves, eases mild insomnia and soothes the accompanying
Directions:
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1-2 teabags and steep for 10 minutes. Lighter dosage for children 3-12 years old. Drink freshly prepared and warm just prior to bedtime
