Indications:
Because of its pleasant flavour, peppermint is one of the most frequently used herbal teas. It calms flatulence, and promotes the function of the digestive system.
Directions:
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over a teabag and steep for approx. 5-7 minutes. Drink warm, unsweetened and freshly prepared.
